I know a fella who was there and saw it all go down from 10 yards away! He's also mounting the bear. It tipped the scales at 589lbs. Absolute giant.

how the heck would you get that out of the woods by yourself?! i guess you'd have to skin and quarter it and pack it out one piece at a time, like an elk.

Where in Buckingham was this one taken? That is a true giant! I have seen some large ones running around there but that is wild.
