Try a small nibble of fatty bacon fat on a #10 panfish hook under maybe 2 feet of leader and a small bobber for bluegills.  They might be small this time of year.  Or you might get lucky and get one of last year's fatties that is moving to the shallows to spawn and feed.

Waste of time, in my opinion. Much better places to fish, especially if you have access to a kayak. The tidal creeks around Fairfax county, especially on an outgoing tide can be great fishing.

That place sucks plane and simple. It has fish but so hard to catch. Hit the Rapp!

Put in on Rapidan and float to Motts run on the Rappahannock. Its about a 4-5 hr float and you should catch 50 bass up to about 3lbs. Mostly smallies. Its a great trip and both sides are good. Great scenery and not to crowded.

Toss 4” senko, 3” grubs, shakeys and splashits.

You can thank me later!
