If anyone is interested in going out west to hunt them in 2016 let me know...I may be setting something up in either Colorado or New Mexico.

I have NO interest in CO but will go to NM. Currently I'm trying to do a mule deer/antelope in 2016 but will do an Elk in 2017 IF I am awarded a new contract at work. Also have another member here planning to go in 2017. I have a friend going on an elk hunt in 2016 and waiting to see how the place he goes is.
Sounds like a plan to me, so count me in Big Grin !

Anyplace or anyone in NM that you have in mind already?

I didn't even know they had elk in PA....that's cool you get a point if you don't draw...in Kentucky you don't get anything

Yep.  I just returned to Va from being in Pa for 6 years due to career moves.  My buddy has a cabin in elk country.

There are many very nice bulls in Pa.  I've personally photographed a bunch.

YES 350" is usually the target for a Bull in PA should you be fortunate and draw a tag. That's a pretty high mark Smile

Beautiful pics!
